I have recently graduated from The Culinary Arts Program at Joliet Junior College, and it has been my dream to have El Taco Cocina. I am thrilled to finally be able to make my dream a reality. I am excited to share my passion for cooking and creating great tacos for the guests of Bengtson’s Pumpkin Farm. We use a gas fire vertical broiler to prepare our seasoned pork, and our marinated flank steak is made to order. -Anna Carmine

El Taco Cocina will be open everyday and is located near the Corn Box. 

Menu:

Tacos: choice of flour of corn tortilla

Steak Taco- marinated flank steak served with our homemade Pico Del Gallo, queso fresco, and sour cream

Pork Taco- marinated pork served with our homemade Pineapple salsa, queso fresco, and sour cream

Veggie Taco- Black beans, Pico Del Gallo, and guacamole

Nachos:

Steak nachos- Flank steak, chips, Pico Del Gallo, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese

Pork nachos- Pork, chips, Pico Del Gallo, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese

Loaded nachos- Flank steak, pork, Pico Del Gallo, sour cream, and Cheddar cheese

Veggie nachos- Black beans, Pico Del Gallo, sour cream, Cheddar cheese

Quesadillas:  includes 2oz sour cream and 2oz salsa

Cheese: Chihuahua Cheese

Steak:  Flank steak and Chihuahua cheese
